This Earnings Disclaimer applies to every claim, testimonial, case study, screenshot, or number referenced anywhere on thataioperator.com, in our email sequence, in our live sessions, in our communities, and in any advertising we run on Meta, Google, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or any other platform.
1. No guarantees
That AI Operator sells educational products — a prompt library, training modules, scripts, and live coaching. We do not guarantee that you will:
- Make any specific amount of money (e.g. ₦100,000, ₦300,000, ₦1.2M, or otherwise).
- Land any specific number or type of client.
- Save any specific number of hours on a deliverable.
- Achieve a specific click-through rate, conversion rate, or content performance metric.
The figures we publish are based on either our own work, the work of specific named individuals (Michael, the NECO-tutor mum, the event planner, the LinkedIn-rewrite professional, the 13.14% CTR ad), or example projections. They are not representative of what every buyer earns.
2. Specific examples on this site
- "₦1.2M months" — references a freelancer on X. Not the That AI Operator operator, not a buyer outcome, not a typical result.
- "13.14% CTR ad" — a single ad creative run by the operator in 2024. Not the average; ad performance varies wildly by audience, offer, and creative.

3. Why results vary
Your results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including:
- Your existing skills, network, and freelance reputation.
- The market you serve and the demand within it.
- How consistently you actually implement what you learn.
- Your pricing, positioning, and pitching ability.
- Macro-economic conditions, currency fluctuation, and platform changes.
- Whether you complete the live sessions, attend the community, and use the materials at all.
People who buy a course or a prompt library and never open it produce zero results. We don't refund that — see Section 2 of the Refund Policy.
4. Testimonials
Testimonials shown on the site (video and otherwise) reflect real people we've personally worked with or trained. We have video evidence on file for the Michael, NECO-tutor, LinkedIn, and event-planner stories. These testimonials are specific to those individuals; they do not predict your outcome. We don't pay for testimonials, but we do thank contributors publicly.
5. Forward-looking statements
Phrases like "imagine your Thursday afternoon," "from June 9 onwards," or "what your week looks like once you're running the library" are illustrative future-pacing, not predictions. They describe what is structurally possible with the system, not what will definitely happen to you.
6. Not legal, financial, or business advice
Our products teach you how to use prompts and AI workflows. We are not lawyers, accountants, certified financial advisors, or licensed business consultants. Always consult appropriate professionals for tax, legal, or specific financial decisions.

At time of writing, we do not run an affiliate program and we are not compensated for mentioning third-party tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, etc.). If this changes, we'll disclose it inside the relevant page and update this section.
