Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to every paid product sold on thataioperator.com by Iyke Tega ("That AI Operator").
1. Pre-sale window — no refunds
Between 24 May 2026 (Founding Cohort opens) and 14 June 2026 at 11:59pm WAT (Founding Cohort closes), no refunds are issued on the Claude Money Machine, the Operator Protocol DIY, or the Operator Protocol DWY. Founding membership is sold to operators who are ready to commit to a tool they will receive on a known launch day, not to tire-kickers.
If that's not where you are right now, please don't buy during the pre-sale window. The public version of the Claude Money Machine opens on 15 June 2026 at ₦35,000.
2. The 60% Faster Guarantee™ — Claude Money Machine
Activates on 15 June 2026 at 9am WAT, the moment library access opens.
To qualify:
- Open the Notion workspace inside 7 days of access opening.
- Pick one prompt from the library.
- Use it on a real client task (not a hypothetical one).
- Time yourself before (a rough estimate is fine, including a number in your head) and after running the prompt.
If you don't cut at least 60% off your time on that one task: send the before/after screenshots to WhatsApp +2348107644215. We refund the full ₦27,000 (or ₦35,000 for public buyers) within 48 hours of your implementation attempt, no questions, no pitches.
The one condition: you have to actually run a prompt. We can't refund a tool you never opened.
3. The First Invoice Guarantee™ — Operator Protocol DWY
Activates on 4 July 2026 when the DWY tier opens.
To qualify:
- Complete Modules 1 and 2 within your first 14 days of access.
- Install the MCP stack using Module 2's guide.
- Identify your first 5 target clients using the Lagos SMB list.
- Send at least 10 cold pitches using the scripts provided in Module 4.
- Attend at least one live implementation Zoom session within your first 30 days.
If you do all of the above and don't sign at least one ₦100,000+ paying client within 30 days of access opening, we issue a full refund of your DWY purchase plus a complimentary 1:1 audit session (₦150,000 value).
4. Order Bump — Operator Protocol DIY
The DIY tier is delivered alongside the DWY launch on 4 July 2026. The same first-14-day completion conditions in Section 3 (steps 1–4) apply if you ever invoke a refund — but because the DIY tier has no live components or coaching, the time-save guarantee is the only safety net. Email iyke@thataioperator.com if you cannot make the system work after a documented implementation attempt.
5. How to request a refund
Email iyke@thataioperator.com or message WhatsApp +2348107644215 with:
- The email address you bought with.
- The product tier (CMM, DIY, DWY).
- Screenshots showing your implementation attempt (timer screenshots for CMM; pitch logs and module-completion proof for DWY).
- A one-line note on what didn't land for you.
Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt, via the same payment method you used. Allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reach your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a credit-card chargeback for a purchase that falls outside this Refund Policy, we will dispute it and provide our payment processor with copies of your purchase confirmation, terms acceptance, and any implementation evidence. Chargeback fraud is grounds for permanent removal from all That AI Operator communities and future offers.
7. Lifetime upgrade lock — non-refundable
The Lifetime Upgrade-Path Lock that comes with founding membership is a price-protection benefit. It does not have a separate refund — it sticks with the underlying CMM purchase and is included automatically.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply only to future purchases — they do not retroactively change the deal you bought under.
