Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thataioperator.com and every product, page, email sequence, community, and live session operated under "That AI Operator" by Iyke Tega (Abuja, Nigeria). By using this site or buying anything on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you don't agree, please stop using the site.
1. Who we are
That AI Operator is operated by Iyke Tega, a Nigerian sole operator based in Abuja, Nigeria. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Iyke Tega trading as That AI Operator.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use this site or buy our products.
3. What we offer
- The Claude Money Machine™ — a 30-prompt Notion library + demo videos + PDF backup + Canva templates + a Skill Creator Hack, sold to the Founding Cohort at ₦27,000 and to the public at ₦35,000 from 15 June 2026 onwards.
- The Naija AI Operator Protocol DIY — 8 video modules + Lagos SMB target list + pitch scripts + MCP install guide. Founding rate ₦18,000 (order bump) or ₦35,000 standalone after launch.
- The Naija AI Operator Protocol DWY — the DIY system plus live implementation sessions, personal pitch audit, and direct Telegram access. Founding rate ₦55,000, standard rate ₦65,000, access opens 4 July 2026.
- The 3 Free Prompts — a free PDF lead magnet delivered after email opt-in.
- Communities — a Founding WhatsApp Cohort (paid) and a Regular Naija AI Operators WhatsApp Community (free).
4. Your account & access
Your access to paid products is tied to the email address you bought with. You may not share login links, Notion workspace duplicates, downloads, recordings, or community invitations with people who have not paid. We may revoke access without refund if we detect sharing or resale.
5. Payment
All payments are processed by Nestuge. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). You're responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or currency-conversion fees your bank applies. Once payment is confirmed, access (or the wait-window leading to access) begins immediately. We don't reserve spots without payment.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Read it carefully before buying. In short: no refunds during the pre-sale window, and post-launch refunds are tied to the documented 60% Faster Guarantee™ for the Claude Money Machine and the First Invoice Guarantee™ for the Operator Protocol DWY. The conditions of each guarantee must be met to qualify.
7. Intellectual property
All prompts, videos, PDFs, Notion templates, Canva templates, written modules, frameworks, scripts, and other content delivered under any That AI Operator product are owned by Iyke Tega and licensed to you for your personal and client-delivery use only. You may use the prompts inside Claude or ChatGPT on behalf of your own clients. You may NOT:
- Resell, republish, share, or distribute the materials in any form.
- Train an AI model on the materials.
- Strip out attributions or remove the framework names.
- Use the materials to build a competing prompt library, course, or coaching offer for resale.
8. Acceptable use
When you use the WhatsApp communities, live Google Meets, or any direct support channel, you agree to act professionally. We may remove you from any community or block your access — without refund — if you spam, harass, dox other members, post unrelated promotions, or use the space to attack the operator or other members.
9. Third-party services
This site relies on third parties including Kit (email), Nestuge (payments), Tally (forms), Vimeo (video), ImageKit (images), and Google Fonts. Their availability and behaviour are out of our control, and using this site means you accept their terms in addition to ours.
10. No professional advice
Our products are educational. Nothing on this site, in any email, video, community, or live session is legal, financial, tax, medical, or career advice for your specific situation. Always do your own due diligence before applying any tactic to your business.
11. Earnings & results
Any income figures, time-savings, client outcomes, or testimonials are examples and are not guarantees of your results. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
12. Disclaimers
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific Claude / ChatGPT / MCP output will perform a certain way. AI outputs are non-deterministic — your results will vary.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Iyke Tega harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of the materials, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, attempt to charge back a legitimate purchase, or behave in a way that harms the community. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by emailing iyke@thataioperator.com. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
