Questions people ask first
Will WhatsApp ban my number?
It runs on WhatsApp's official Business platform through an approved provider. We never bulk-message strangers. Past-customer messages go only to people who bought from or asked you before, in small batches, with an opt-out.
Do I lose my WhatsApp Business app?
Meta now lets Nigerian numbers connect the app and the official platform on the same number, so you keep chatting from your phone. I confirm it for your number before we start. If your number can't, we use a dedicated number and you lose nothing.
Will it sound like a robot?
It learns from 30 to 50 of your real chats, so it greets, prices and closes the way you do. You approve its drafts in shadow mode before it ever replies alone.
Can it handle pidgin and “HM”?
Yes. It's tested on pidgin, Nigerian English, one-word “HM” and “price?” messages, customers who haggle, and people who ask if you're a scam.
Who owns it, and what about my customers' data?
It runs on your own Meta, Google and provider accounts, and you own your data. I act as a data processor under the Nigeria Data Protection Act: your customers' details are used only to run your system and deleted on request.
What if it doesn't work?
If it isn't live within the promised working days after you send your assets and access, you don't pay the balance. Each system also has a performance promise on its own page.
What do the running costs look like?
You pay the platforms directly: WhatsApp message fees and usage, plus a small tool fee if you use Instagram. It depends on your volume, so I give you an estimate on the call before you decide.
