Real estate lead system for land developers
Land buyers ask the same four things (price, size, title, payment plan) and then compare three or four developers. The first one to reply clearly and offer an inspection usually makes the shortlist. A real estate lead system makes sure that's you, at any hour.

Ask for my demoWhy it matters for land developers
It's built for developers selling plots in growth corridors such as Lugbe, Karshi, Idu and Lokogoma in Abuja, and Ibeju-Lekki and Epe in Lagos.
An agency estimate puts Lagos real estate firms' digital budgets at ₦300,000 to ₦800,000 a month (Busnurd). Every slow reply wastes part of that spend.
Before these systems: my earlier work
Ads bring the leads in. This system makes sure none of them go cold.
Sound familiar?
- Ad leads arrive at night and get a reply the next afternoon.
- Buyers ask about title, and the answer depends on which realtor they reach.
- Saturday inspection lists are built by hand in a WhatsApp group.
- Leads who said 'I'll get back to you' never hear from you again.
- You can't tell which ad or estate brings buyers who actually inspect.
The questions it answers for you
Every day, in seconds, from your own price list and in your tone:
- “How much is 500sqm?”
- “Is there C of O?”
- “What's the payment plan?”
- “Where is the estate exactly?”
- “When can I inspect?”
What it handles
- Plot sizes and prices per estate (300, 450, 500, 600sqm and so on)
- Payment plans: outright, 6, 12 or 18 months, exactly as you set them
- Title and documentation questions, answered only in your approved wording
- Saturday inspection booking with pick-up points and reminders
- Video inspections for buyers abroad
- Day 2, 5 and 10 follow-ups and a revival campaign for old leads
One extra plot sale a month at ₦12M is worth far more than the system costs in a year. Even one extra sale a quarter pays for it.

Full details of the Property Speed-to-LeadQuestions from land developers
What will it say about title?
Only your approved wording for each estate. Anything else goes to your team. It never makes legal claims on its own.
Can it handle several estates?
Yes. Each estate has its own price list, plans and wording, and leads are routed by estate.
Can it organise Saturday inspections?
Yes. It books buyers into your inspection slots, shares the pick-up point and sends reminders, then gives your team the list.
Does it collect payments?
No. It only shares your official company account when a buyer is ready, and never collects money in chat.
How much does it cost?
The Property Speed-to-Lead Engine is ₦1,500,000. Clients who start by Sunday 18 October 2026 pay ₦850,000, and the price goes up after that. 70% starts the build and 30% is paid when it's live. Platform running costs are paid directly to the platforms.
