Real estate lead system for selling to diaspora buyers
Diaspora buyers enquire from London, Houston and Toronto, often while Lagos is asleep, and they worry about fraud more than anyone. Speed, clear documents and video inspections win them. A real estate lead system gives them all three, at any hour.

Ask for my demoWhy it matters for selling to diaspora buyers
December matters most: many diaspora buyers come home for the holidays and want to inspect in person while they're here.
The US and UK were the top sources of Detty December arrivals in Lagos in 2025, according to the MO Africa report cited by BusinessDay.
Before these systems: my earlier work
Ads bring the leads in. This system makes sure none of them go cold.
Sound familiar?
- Enquiries from abroad arrive at 2am Lagos time and wait until morning.
- Buyers ask for proof the company and title are real before anything else.
- Video inspections are arranged with confusing time zones.
- December visitors want in-person inspections at short notice.
- Payment questions from abroad need careful, consistent answers.
The questions it answers for you
Every day, in seconds, from your own price list and in your tone:
- “Can I inspect by video?”
- “How do I verify your company?”
- “Can I pay in instalments from abroad?”
- “I'm in Lagos in December, can I see it then?”
- “Who handles the documents?”
What it handles
- Replies at any hour, with times shown in the buyer's time zone
- Video inspection booking across time zones
- Trust answers you approve: office address, CAC details, title wording
- Payment options as you set them, never collecting money in chat
- December in-person inspection bookings for visitors
- Follow-ups that respect the buyer's time zone
Diaspora buyers often buy at the higher end. One extra diaspora sale a quarter typically covers the system several times over.

It shares your verifiable details (office address, CAC registration, approved title wording) and never asks for money in chat. Payment details come only when a buyer is ready, and only your official company account.

It explains the payment options you accept. It doesn't process payments itself.
How do time zones work?
It asks where the buyer is and offers inspection times in their time zone, with the Lagos time alongside.
Can it book December inspections for visitors?
Yes. It asks when they arrive and books an in-person inspection for while they're in Nigeria.
How much does it cost?
The Property Speed-to-Lead Engine is ₦1,500,000. Clients who start by Sunday 18 October 2026 pay ₦850,000, and the price goes up after that. 70% starts the build and 30% is paid when it's live. Platform running costs are paid directly to the platforms.
