Customer reactivation for cake and small chops vendors
Cakes are repeat business. Birthdays and anniversaries come round every year, and December brings office parties and family gatherings that need small chops and cakes in bulk. Most bakers have hundreds of past customers in WhatsApp and no time to message them.

Customer reactivation brings them back at the right moment, and the reply desk takes the order details properly, so you bake instead of typing.
“cake in abuja” gets about 390 Google searches a month, every month (Google Ads data via DataForSEO). Most repeat orders never touch Google; they come from your own WhatsApp.
Sound familiar?
- Customers who ordered a birthday cake last year order from someone else this year.
- Order details (flavour, size, tiers, inscription, date) arrive in pieces over ten messages.
- You double-book a Saturday because two staff took orders.
- December party enquiries arrive while you're baking.
- Deposits are chased one by one.
The questions it answers for you
Every day, in seconds, from your own price list and in your tone:
- “How much is a 3-tier cake?”
- “Do you have small chops packs for 50 people?”
- “Can you deliver on Saturday?”
- “Can you write 'Happy 40th' on it?”
- “Do you do red velvet?”
What it handles
- Reminders to past customers near the date they ordered last year
- December party packages: cakes, small chops, chops-and-drinks bundles
- Full order intake: flavour, size, tiers, inscription, date, delivery
- A booking calendar that closes dates when you're full
- Deposits on your terms, with reminders before the balance is due
- Reference pictures for custom designs, passed to you to quote

Full details of the December Cash SprintQuestions from cake and small chops vendors
I don't have customers' birthdays saved. Does it still work?
Yes. It uses the date of their last order as the reminder date, which is usually the same occasion.
We're fully booked in December. What happens then?
It closes full dates, offers the next free slot or a waitlist, and never accepts an order you can't bake.
Can it take custom cake designs?
It collects reference pictures, size and budget, then hands the chat to you to quote.
Do customers pay through it?
It sends your account details and deposit rules. You confirm payments as usual.
How much does it cost?
The December Cash Sprint is ₦850,000. Clients who start by Sunday 18 October 2026 pay ₦550,000, and the price goes up after that. 70% starts the build and 30% is paid when it's live. Platform running costs are paid directly to the platforms.
