What's the Agent Edition?
A lighter version of the system for one realtor: one number and one listing sheet, without lead-form integrations. Founding price ₦450,000, standard Price ₦750,000.
I list for different landlords. Can it handle that?
Yes. Each listing has its own price, fees and rules in your sheet.
Can it handle both rentals and sales?
Yes. It asks which one the client wants and answers from the right listings.
Do I need a separate phone?
Usually not. Nigerian numbers can now run the WhatsApp Business app and the official platform together. I'll confirm it for your number.
How much does it cost?
The Property Speed-to-Lead Engine is ₦1,500,000. Clients who start by Sunday 18 October 2026 pay ₦850,000, and the price goes up after that. 70% starts the build and 30% is paid when it's live. Platform running costs are paid directly to the platforms.
